Yia Yia’s House Of Gyros: Authentic Greek Cuisine in Rockwall

Wonderful and absolutely delicious! Family owned with authentic recipes. I had the Chicken Gyro, daughter had the original Gyro. We shared the Garlic Dip appetizer. The Gyros were hands down the best we have ever had, EVER!!!! Gyros were juicy, flavorful, well crafted, just amazing! This is going to be my go-to place for Gyros for now on. The homemade pita bread was phenomenal!

Met with a large group of business owners for lunch and ordered the Lamb Chops. The entire meal was delicious, but the lamb chops were amazing - tender, expertly seasoned, and cooked to perfection.

Food: 3/5. The gyro meat was a little bland and the pita was not home made. But, the dishes were well conceived, portions generous, and sauces flavorful. Service: 5/5. Attentive and polite. Made you feel like a member of the family. Vibes: homey decor but smaller location. Clean and well kept. Overall: will be back as this is a solid option for Greek food.

Fantastic Moussaka, and my husband said that the Greek Lasagna is very good!! Love this place. It's authentic Greek, and we had a very good waitress who was friendly. We will definitely go back again.

My business partner Erik and I hosted our biweekly local networking event at Yia Yia’s House of Gyros Rockwall, and it was an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and they even set us up in a comfortable space that was perfect for networking. The turnout was excellent, parking was easy, and everyone received their meals quickly and efficiently. I tried the signature gyro plate, and it was absolutely fantastic—some of the best gyros I’ve had in a long time. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. We’ll definitely be back, whether for another group event or just a casual meal. Highly recommend Yia Yia’s House of Gyros Rockwall!

We enjoyed a wonderful meal Saturday at Yia Yia’s House in Rockwall. Everything we ordered was delicious and melt-in-your mouth good. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The meal made us feel like we were back in Athens. We will definitely be back.

Got together with The Local Business Blitz which is a networking group that supports local businesses. Today we had lunch at Yia Yia’s. I was able to meet the owner of Victoria. She was incredibly friendly and gracious. I ordered the Gyro plate. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. . Everyone around me loved their food and could not stop raving about it. If you get a chance, definitely check out this local gem!
